Thank you for making a deposit. If you did not add your name and event date into the deposit, it is IMPERATIVE that you send us an email to sales@audiocake.com and let us know that you’ve made the deposit and what date it is covering.

Many times, the Paypaal email address and name does NOT match any past correspondence, so we have to manually input that we’ve received your deposit.

As for your login here, that is also a manual process and we typically will create and send it to the email address we have on file within 48 hours.  Thank you so much for allowing Audiocake to be a part of your event and we look forward to serving you!
